Activities

1. Summer Training- Summer training is voluntary. However, in order to be succuessful at this sport, you have to train hard over the summer. Summer Training Schedule

2. Shoe Fitting- Runners Plus will be bringing a selection of shoes for the athletes to try on and get fitted properly.

3. Runathon-a 24 hour fundraiser held at the track complex.

4. Campout- runners have to accumulate 100 training points to be eligible to attend the summer campout at Hueston Woods.
